Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders and ensure quality as quickly as possible.
For some Exclusive Merch and Exclusive Custom Orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Other Exclusive Custom Merch will be made to order by our vendors (these items are not on-hand in our store) and may take longer than the two-week processing period. Please review the product details carefully before purchase as they will list approximate processing and delivery times.
In the event that your processing time has been extended, you will be notified via the email you have provided. Please make sure your email is correct and updated in your account before purchasing. Your order time may not be updated in your My Orders section of your Account. Please refer to the email that was sent to you for approximate processing times and delivery date.
If you have not received an email after the two-week processing time from the date of purchase, please contact us at snowbergerent@gmail.com or use our Contact Us form located on our About Us page.

Domestic and International
Shipping Options
We currently do not service international orders for physical products. Our digital products (such as our Digital Tokens) may be purchased anytime, anywhere. We are working diligently to bring the UFO McDonald's experience world-wide, so be sure to check back with us frequently and subscribe to be a member to receive emails on updates.

Interruptions
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at snowbergerent@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If your items have been reported lost or stolen by the selected postal carrier, we will insure that your items are replaced or a refund will be issued to you.
